A new local insurance agency commisioned me to do a logo design for their business. I was given some pretty concise direction. The client asked for Silver or metallic, bold, contemporary on black background with the “M”s forming mountains. I was very proud that I was able to achieve exactly what they were asking for. This was to prove a very easy job for me since I did not have to come up with different concepts. Upon receipt of the logo designs, I was told that I did EXACTLY what they told me and after review, they thought it was not the best idea. At this point they took a step back and allowed me to do a few different ideas of my own.
